What's your Return Policy?

  • Sales are final once package is shipped out.
  • I do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • If there is something wrong about your order due to my error (ex.things falling apart, yarn tears, etc), email me, so I can help you as much as possible.
  • Once an order is no longer in my possession, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  • What's the Shipping Process?
  • Custom orders and  Made to order take 2-4 weeks to be shipped out.
  • I ship within the US and Internationally 🌎
  • If your package is lost in the mail, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS.

Do you offer custom orders?

  • Yes ! I offer custom orders! You must fill out a google form on my link tree ( link In ig bio, tiktok , facebook , qr code on my business card) I also take orders through IG Dms

Why does ____ cost that much?

  • All of my items has lots of time, effort and love poured into them. Please keep in mind that everything is made by HAND, not a machine, not a factory, by ME only. I do my best to perfect every stitch, every detail and make it the best it can be for you to enjoy for a long time.
  • I pour my love into my work and I love making cute things and I want it to be priced for the amount of work I put into it.
